Not to grow — to stay the same while growing.
The hard part in this business is not growth. It is keeping the same promise with the same care as the volume rises. What is easy with one vehicle becomes difficult with thirty. Our goals are therefore built around holding quality as the scale increases, not around revenue.
Protect the on-time arrival rate
Keep the fleet young and maintained
Maintain continuity in the chauffeur team
Bring Turkish content level with English
Deepen corporate partnerships
Holding the standard as the volume rises.
On-time arrival
The chauffeur being in position before the guest, on every transfer. The goal is not to let that rate slip during peak periods — summer months and congress season included.
A young, maintained fleet
Keeping vehicles on their service schedule and the average age from climbing. Every car added to the fleet must not lower the existing standard.
Continuity of chauffeurs
Preserving the salaried model, and assigning the same chauffeur to returning corporate guests wherever possible.
Response time
Fast replies to booking and quote requests within the day, and not leaving overnight enquiries until morning.
Not new services — completing what is unfinished.
Levelling the Turkish content
The English side of the site deepened over the years while the Turkish side fell behind. The goal is equal depth on every service and guide page in both languages.
More route and duration data
Guests ask about time, not distance. Publishing realistic district-by-district durations for more routes.
Corporate partnerships
Extending framework agreements with hotels, concierge companies and travel agencies rather than one-off bookings.
Deeper airport services
Making terminal-side services such as meet and greet and fast track a natural part of the transfer rather than an add-on.
A goal that is not tracked is not a goal.
Feedback
Every piece of negative feedback after a transfer is recorded and the cause examined separately. The pattern matters more than the count.
Returning guests
A guest booking a second time is the most reliable quality indicator we have.
Time to resolve
The interval between an issue being reported and settled. The target is same-day clarity.
Price variance
The gap between the price quoted and the price paid. The target is zero — and where no extra service was requested, it should be zero.
A goal list is also defined by what you refuse.
We will not take work beyond capacity
If we cannot cover demand in a busy period, we would rather decline the booking than hand it to a subcontractor.
We will not split the price
We will not quote a low headline figure and add parking, waiting and tolls afterwards.
We will not move to a shared model
We will not enter the cheap segment that shares a vehicle between passengers. Our service stays private.
We will not promise what we cannot deliver
We do not advertise a service we do not run. A service is published only once it genuinely exists in the operation.
