What we operate under is stated plainly.
Passenger transport in Turkey requires permits. Even so, a large number of operators in this market work without them or under someone else’s paperwork. Limousine Plus is a municipality permitted and Ministry of Transport authorised operator, and we share our documentation with corporate clients on request.
Municipality permitted operator
Ministry of Transport authorised
Vehicles insured, including seat cover
Chauffeur licences and records checked
Documents shared on corporate request
Without permits, the risk transfers to the passenger.
This is not a matter of paperwork. In an accident or a roadside inspection, the passenger of an unlicensed vehicle is directly affected. It is not a coincidence that this is the first question corporate clients ask a supplier.
Insurance validity
Commercial passenger transport carried out without the correct policy and permit puts insurance cover into dispute. The passenger’s protection depends directly on this.
Stopped at inspection
Unauthorised vehicles can be stopped in roadside checks. For a guest heading to the airport, that means a missed flight.
Who is answerable
With a licensed operator, responsibility sits with the company. Where work is unlicensed or subcontracted, finding anyone answerable becomes very difficult.
Corporate compliance
Companies require documents and invoices from suppliers. An operator who cannot provide them does not win corporate work in the first place.
The framework we operate inside.
Municipality permit
We hold the municipal permit required for commercial passenger transport within Istanbul. City transfers are carried out under it.
Ministry of Transport authorisation
We operate under a passenger transport authorisation certificate. Intercity transfers rest on this.
Vehicle insurance
Fleet vehicles carry compulsory traffic insurance and personal accident seat cover. Policies are in the name of our company, which owns the vehicles.
Chauffeur documentation
Licence class, criminal record check and medical report are verified at hiring, with psychotechnical assessment where required.
If you ask, we show you.
Who can request
Corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies and private guests considering a regular arrangement may request copies.
What is shared
Operating permits and authorisation certificates, plus vehicle insurance policy details. Fields containing personal data are redacted.
Contracted work
Organisations with recurring transfer needs can put a framework agreement in place, with invoicing and payment terms settled inside it.
About our documentation.
Why are the documents not published on the site?
They contain tax numbers, addresses and plate details. Rather than publishing them openly, we share them directly with the organisation that asks. On request we send them the same day.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes. Fleet vehicles carry compulsory traffic insurance and personal accident seat cover. Policy details are shared with corporate enquiries.
How are chauffeurs vetted?
Licence class, criminal record and medical report are checked at hiring. The salaried employment model is what makes that checking continuous. Details on our chauffeurs page.
Do you issue corporate invoices?
Yes. We invoice corporate clients and can put a framework agreement in place for recurring transfers.
Can you carry out intercity transfers?
Yes. Intercity transfers are carried out under our Ministry of Transport authorisation.
