How many passengers can travel in one vehicle?
A Mercedes Vito carries 6 passengers plus the driver; a Mercedes Sprinter carries 10 plus the driver. For larger groups we arrange a Mercedes bus or coordinate several vehicles arriving together. Capacity is confirmed at booking.
How much does a group transfer in Istanbul cost?
Rates start at €59 for a Vito and €40 for a Sprinter. The final price depends on your destination and group size and is fixed at booking — there is no surcharge for traffic, waiting or night arrivals.
Can you handle a group with a lot of luggage?
Yes. Send us the luggage count together with the passenger count. Ten passengers with ten large suitcases need a different arrangement than ten passengers with hand luggage, and we plan the vehicle around the actual load.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We take the flight number at booking, monitor the delay and adjust the pickup time. There is no additional charge for the delay itself.
Where does the chauffeur meet the group?
At the arrivals exit with a name sign after baggage claim. Directions to the exact meeting point are sent with your booking confirmation.
Can the group be split across several vehicles?
Yes. When a group is larger than one vehicle, we coordinate the vehicles to arrive and depart together so the group is not separated by waiting time.

24 to 48 hours ahead secures a standard class. The Rolls-Royce and multi-vehicle bookings need more notice, so confirm the date as soon as the venue is fixed.

The block is paid in full once the booking is confirmed, and cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the start time.

The flight number is taken at booking and followed from that moment, so a delay moves the pickup, not the price. A greeter at the gate or a priority lane at passport control is arranged alongside the vehicle and quoted separately, per passenger, and a car with driver added for a guest arriving alone.
