Guest Privacy and Discretion

What happens in the car stays in the car.

For a transfer, a guest gives us their name, flight details, where they are staying and often their schedule. That information exists to deliver the service and is used for nothing else. For corporate guests and anyone who requires discretion, this matters as much as the service itself.

Our Commitment

Guest names are not given to third parties

In-car conversations are never repeated

No photographs or video shared

Schedules and addresses stay confidential

Data is never used for marketing

What We Protect

Privacy is not only data. It is conduct.

Data security is a legal requirement. But in this business real discretion is protected inside the vehicle rather than inside a system — in what the chauffeur sees, hears, and does afterwards.

01

Identity

Name, telephone and flight details are used only to plan the transfer. They are not shared with third parties, listed or sold.

02

Address and schedule

Where you stay, where you go and when you return does not leave the team. We do not even confirm a hotel name to a third party.

03

Conversations in the car

Calls and conversations inside the vehicle are never repeated under any circumstances. This is a core obligation for the chauffeur team.

04

Images and content

No photographs or video of guests are taken or posted on social media. They are not used as references either.

05

Travelling companions

Who you travel with, how many of you there are and who you are meeting fall under the same confidentiality.

06

Corporate information

Whose guest we are carrying, and the venue and timing of a meeting, are not disclosed. We do not publish a corporate client list as a reference.

How It Is Applied

Not a principle — a procedure.

Shared on a need-to-know basis

The chauffeur receives only what is required for that transfer: name, time, pickup and destination. Past journeys and other arrangements are not shared.

What employment makes possible

A confidentiality obligation can only be supervised inside a continuing employment relationship. With a driver hired per job there is nothing to enforce. This is one of the main reasons for the salaried model.

Record retention

Booking records are kept for as long as delivery of the service and legal obligations require, and no longer.

No marketing use

Contact details given at booking are not used for campaigns or bulk messaging. You are not added to a list without your consent.

Additional Requests

For transfers that require discretion.

01

Meeting without a name sign

If you prefer no name board, a quiet meeting takes place at a point agreed in advance.

02

Restricted information

The chauffeur is given only the pickup and destination; the guest’s identity stays with the reservation desk.

03

Fixed team

For recurring programmes the same chauffeur and coordinator are used, keeping the circulation of information to a minimum.

04

Written confidentiality undertaking

A written confidentiality undertaking can be prepared for corporate clients. Simply write to us.

Frequently Asked Questions

About privacy.

Who is my information shared with?

Only the team delivering the transfer: the reservation coordinator and the chauffeur on that journey. Nobody else.

What if the chauffeur recognises me?

Being a recognisable guest changes nothing. The chauffeur will not raise it inside or outside the vehicle and will not ask for a photograph.

Are there cameras in the vehicle?

We do not operate interior cameras recording guests. If such a recording existed, we would be obliged to tell you in advance.

Will my name be used as a reference?

No. A guest or company name is never used in any promotional material without your explicit permission.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted?

Yes. You may request deletion of records outside our legal retention obligations; simply send the request through our contact channels.

Is a meeting without a name sign possible?

Yes. Mention it at booking and you will be met at an agreed point with no name board.
