Istanbul group tours — priced per vehicle, not per head
Families, company teams, congress delegations and private parties see Istanbul from their own vehicle, not from a seat sold by the head. Limousine Plus has run its own fleet here since 2008 with salaried chauffeurs, and arranges group tours as a TURSAB-member licensed travel agency. Why a party of ten pays by the vehicle, not by the head
We price the vehicle: a Mercedes Sprinter VIP carries 10 passengers plus the chauffeur at the same rate whether four travel or ten.

Those are per-vehicle starting rates for a transfer, already containing fuel, motorway tolls, parking, the chauffeur’s hours and VAT. No meter, no charge per kilometre, no night surcharge, no holiday premium. A touring day is quoted per programme, once the hours, the class and the number of vehicles are known. The group that arrives together is not split between suppliers
The vehicles are ours, the insurance is ours and the chauffeurs are on our own payroll — the booking is never resold to a partner fleet on the day. Ten classes sit with one operator, sedan to coach.
One schedule, several vehicles
For delegations we run more than one vehicle to a single programme, so a party of twenty moves as one group, as in congress and organisation transport.

Arrival first, touring after
When the party lands together the arrival is its own job: group transfer, booked alone or as the programme’s first line.
The programme is written with you, not handed to you
We publish no fixed departure with a fixed list of stops: a group in a private vehicle has no reason to accept one. Send the places your party wants and the hours you have; we put them in a workable order and you approve it in writing. Inside the booked hours the stops are unlimited and the route can still change on the day.
A day is commonly built around the historic peninsula around Sultanahmet, the Bosphorus shoreline through Beşiktaş and Ortaköy, Galata and Karaköy, Nişantaşı, and Kadıköy on the Asian side. The chauffeur waits at each stop with the vehicle, so coats and shopping stay in the car. For two or three people, the equivalent is a city tour with a luxury car.
Half a day, a full day, or a run of days
Touring is booked by the block: the vehicle and the chauffeur stay with your group and wait between stops at no extra charge within the booked hours.
Four hours, or eight
A half day is four hours, a full day eight. The minimum block depends on the class and the day, and is confirmed with the rate before you book.
The rate is fixed first
We quote it before the day starts and it does not change during it.
Overrunning is a rate, not a surprise
Where the schedule allows we extend the booking, and the additional rate is given before the extension starts.
Three days or more
For stays of three days and over, the same chauffeur and the same vehicle are assigned throughout.

What the chauffeur does, and where a guide takes over
Two jobs, not blurred.
The chauffeur
Full-time staff on our own payroll, in a suit, speaking English. He carries the luggage, waits standing, and has real command of the city, its alternative routes and its traffic patterns. He also signs confidentiality terms.
The guide
A tour guide is arranged on request and travels with the group. Commentary is the guide’s work, not the chauffeur’s. Mention it with the enquiry and we come back on it.
Nobody sells you anything
Our chauffeurs do not suggest shops, restaurants or extra services, and do not raise the subject of tips. A carpet showroom or a jeweller enters the programme only because you asked for it.
Landing in the morning and touring the same afternoon
A group programme often starts at the airport. The flight number is taken at booking and followed, so a delay moves the pickup, not the price. The chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name board, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. The common shape is a pickup at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), a full day in the city and a drop back at either airport. Cruise arrivals at Galataport are handled by the same fleet. What is already settled before the group gets in
For a group, the questions that cause trouble are the ones nobody asked in advance. All of these sit in the written quote.

Everyone travels as a passenger: no driving licence needed. If the group wants a car at its disposal without a touring programme, that is a chauffeur-driven car with a driver.
Group tour questions
How much does an Istanbul group tour cost per person?
Not per person at all. The quote is per vehicle and a touring day is quoted per programme. A transfer starts at EUR 40 for a Sprinter carrying 10 passengers plus the chauffeur and EUR 59 for a Vito carrying 6 — the same figure half full or full.
What is the difference between this and a standard group tour?
The vehicle carries your party only and the route is written with you. You book the vehicle rather than seats in it, so the party size does not change the figure.
What vehicle do you use for a group of ten people?
The Mercedes Sprinter VIP: 10 passengers plus the chauffeur and 12 large cases, with captain seats around a table instead of bench rows, plus 220V power and internet. Six plus the chauffeur go in the Mercedes V-Class VIP Vito.
Can you take a group of twenty or more on one booking?
Yes. Above ten passengers we run several vehicles to one schedule, as we do for delegations, or quote a Mercedes Bus by capacity. It stays one booking with one written programme.
What does the group tour quote cover?
The vehicle, the chauffeur and the booked hours. The written quote states exactly what is included before you pay, and anything outside it is confirmed with you first.
Do your group tours stop at carpet or jewellery shops?
Only if you ask. Our chauffeurs do not suggest shops, restaurants or extra services and do not raise the subject of tips, so nothing commercial enters the programme unless you put it there.
How do I pay, and what is the cancellation policy?
Payment is made in full at the time of booking, by bank transfer or a secure online payment link. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the booking and refunded; after that it is not.
Are child seats available for a family group?
On request and subject to availability. Give the children’s ages and weights with the enquiry so the right seat is fitted before the vehicle leaves.
Can you collect a group from Istanbul Airport and start the tour the same day?
Yes, and it is a common pattern. The flight number is followed from booking and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead secures the class you want; multi-vehicle programmes need more notice.
