A private tour is a programme you write, not a route you join
There is a real difference between a tour that already exists and one that does not exist until we have spoken to you. Ours is the second kind, which is why this page has no list of stops. Programmes often include names you already know — Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, the Grand Bazaar, the Bosphorus shoreline. A private programme changes everything around them: how long you stay, in what order, what you swap out on day two.

The car, the chauffeur and the whole day stay with us
Limousine Plus has operated in Istanbul since 2008. The vehicles belong to the company, the chauffeurs are salaried staff rather than drivers engaged per job, and a booking is never resold to a partner fleet on the day. Separately, the company is a TURSAB-member licensed travel agency, Licence No 11345, registered as İso Coşar Turizm Seyahat Acentası.
One detail matters more on a tour than on any transfer: our chauffeurs do not suggest shops, restaurants or extra services, and do not raise the subject of tips. There is no commission stop in your afternoon. Chauffeurs sign confidentiality terms, and corporate guests can have unmarked vehicles and name-board-free pickups.
Vehicle classes, passenger numbers and what the price already covers
We quote per vehicle, so a family of six is not charged six times and a seventh passenger changes the car, not the multiplier. The figures below are our published one-way transfer starting rates by class; a tour is quoted per programme, once we know the hours and the shape of the day.
Group vehicle — Mercedes Sprinter VIP
10 passengers plus the chauffeur, from EUR 40. 220V power, refrigerator, internet, screen.
Family van — Mercedes V-Class VIP Vito
6 passengers plus the chauffeur, from EUR 59. The usual answer for a family with cases.
Business sedan — Mercedes E-Class or EQS
3 passengers, from EUR 89. The EQS is the fully electric option.
Luxury sedan — Mercedes S-Class
3 passengers, from EUR 99. Rear legroom and a quiet cabin.
Flagship — Mercedes-Maybach S-Class
3 passengers, quoted per request.

Where a private guide fits, and where your chauffeur stops
The two roles are different, so here is our line. A private guide can be arranged when you want one — tell us at the enquiry stage and we confirm what is possible before you book. A chauffeur is not a guide and we will not pretend otherwise. Yours drives, knows the city and its alternative routes, carries the luggage, and waits wherever you stop.
Chauffeurs communicate in English; if you need another language in the car, mention it at booking and a suitable chauffeur is assigned. Licence class, criminal record and medical report are verified at hiring. You receive the chauffeur’s name and number before the journey — more on our chauffeurs.
How the programme is agreed, paid for and cancelled
Tell us the interests, not the itinerary
Dates, passenger numbers, hours per day, where you are staying and what the days should be about. If you land that morning, send the flight number.
We come back with a draft programme
An answer within about an hour, usually minutes on WhatsApp, with a proposed shape for the day and the right vehicle class.
The price is fixed, then paid in full
One figure per vehicle, agreed in writing before you travel. Payment is made in full at booking: bank transfer, credit card or online.
One car and one chauffeur throughout
On programmes of three days or more, both stay with you. If a fault occurs, the replacement is the same class or higher, never a downgrade.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start and the amount is refunded; inside 24 hours it is not refundable. Route changes within the booked hours cost nothing, and any extension is quoted before it begins. Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead secures the class you want; the Rolls-Royce and multi-vehicle programmes need more notice.

A common shape is a pickup at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen, a full day in the city and a drop back at the airport: the chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name board, the flight is tracked, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. Programmes also run beyond the city — Bursa, Sapanca, Edirne, Çanakkale.

Is a private Istanbul tour priced per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One figure covers the car, the chauffeur and the agreed hours, whether one person travels or ten. Group size changes the class, not the multiplier.
What does the quoted figure cover, and what does it not?

Yes — at whatever addresses you give us: hotel, residence, office, cruise terminal or airport. The chauffeur carries the luggage at both ends.
Can you collect us from the cruise terminal instead of a hotel?
Yes. Galataport is a regular pickup point for us. Send your dates, times and passenger numbers and we build the programme around them.
Do you have a vehicle large enough for a family of seven with luggage?
Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter VIP carries 10 passengers plus the chauffeur with full luggage capacity. Up to six, the Mercedes V-Class VIP Vito is usually better.
Can you arrange a private guide?
A private guide can be arranged on request. Tell us what you want from the day and we confirm what is possible before you book.
Do I pay in advance or at the end of the day?
In advance. The full amount is paid at booking, by bank transfer or a secure online payment link, and that holds the vehicle and chauffeur against your dates.
What happens if I have to cancel?
More than 24 hours before the start, cancellation is free and the amount is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours the booking is not refundable, because the car and chauffeur are already committed to you.
Are child seats available, and how far ahead should I book?
Child seats are arranged free of charge on request, subject to availability, so send each child’s age and weight with the enquiry. Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead secures the class.
