01. Before you land
The chauffeur is in position inside the terminal before the aircraft is on the ground. His name and mobile number are shared with you before the journey.
02. After baggage claim
He waits at the arrivals exit holding a board with your name, and if you would rather be met inside the terminal we arrange that instead. Directions to the exact meeting point are sent with the booking confirmation, so there is no car park to find and no separate rendezvous to walk to.
03. Bags to the car
Luggage is carried by the chauffeur from the meeting point to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to the door on arrival. On hotel arrivals that means the reception desk, including the properties where the main gate is not the drop-off point.

On weekdays between 16:00 and 20:00, add 20 to 30 minutes. From Sabiha Gokcen the drive is 30 to 45 minutes to Kadikoy and the Asian side, and 45 to 65 minutes across to the European side depending on traffic and the Bosphorus crossing.

How and when do I pay for my airport transfer?
Payment is made in full when the booking is confirmed, by bank transfer or a secure online payment link. The amount is the fixed price you were quoted, per vehicle, and nothing is added afterwards. Your confirmation arrives by email or WhatsApp within minutes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the transfer and the payment is refunded; within 24 hours the payment is not refunded.
Can I request a child seat, and is the transfer private to my group?
Child seats are arranged free of charge on request, subject to availability.
