How much does a limousine service in Istanbul cost?
Private transfers start at €59 for a Mercedes Vito, €40 for a Sprinter, €89 for an E-Class or EQS and €99 for an S-Class. The Rolls-Royce Ghost is quoted on request. The final price depends on the route and is fixed at booking.
Is this a stretch limousine service?
No. In Istanbul, limousine service means a chauffeur-driven premium vehicle — Mercedes Vito, Sprinter, E-Class, EQS, S-Class or Rolls-Royce Ghost — rather than a stretch limousine. The service is the chauffeur and the vehicle standard, not the length of the car.
Can I hire a car with a driver for a full day?
Yes. Hourly and daily chauffeur hire keeps the vehicle and driver with you for meetings, shopping or sightseeing across multiple stops. See hourly chauffeur service for details.
Do you provide airport pickup with meet and greet?
Yes. The chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign after baggage claim, or inside the terminal if you prefer — tell us when you book. For gate-side greeting, passport assistance and porter service, see airport VIP service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We take your flight number at booking and monitor the arrival. The pickup is rescheduled automatically and there is no additional charge for the delay itself.
How many passengers can you carry?
Three in an E-Class, EQS or S-Class, six plus driver in a Vito, and ten plus driver in a Sprinter. For larger parties we run several vehicles on one schedule — see group transfer.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Companies with recurring travel or regular visiting guests are set up on a single account with consolidated monthly invoicing.
How far in advance should I book?
Standard transfers can often be arranged same day, but booking 24 to 48 hours ahead secures the specific vehicle class you want. The Rolls-Royce and multi-vehicle bookings need more notice.

Payment, cancellation and what the price already covers
Payment is taken when the booking is made, by bank transfer or a secure online payment link. Prices are quoted and settled in euro, and the figure is per vehicle rather than per passenger.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer. After that point the booking is not refunded.
- Motorway tolls, the Bosphorus crossing, parking, waiting time and VAT are already inside the quoted figure.
- No night surcharge, no airport supplement and no holiday premium — the same tariff holds every day of the year.
- A change to the pickup time or the address may be possible depending on vehicle availability, route and timing, so tell us as early as you can.

Weddings, galas and signature occasions
What stands in front of the venue is a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce Ghost seating three, or a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class for two to three passengers — both quoted per request rather than from the standard list — with the rest of the party carried in Vito VIP vans or a Sprinter VIP on the same schedule.

A suit and a groomed appearance are standard, the chauffeur waits standing and opens the door, and for public-facing guests we arrange unmarked vehicles and name-board-free pickups.

Meeting points at IST, SAW and Galataport
The meeting point depends on the airport, the terminal and the service booked, and the plan reaches you before you arrive. Your flight is tracked from the flight number you give us and the pickup moves to the new landing time. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing, and the free hour starts from the actual landing time.
Istanbul Airport (IST)
The chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a name board after baggage claim, or inside the terminal if you prefer. The airport sits roughly 45 km from the historic peninsula and 40 km from Beşiktaş: 40 to 60 minutes to Sultanahmet, 45 to 70 to the Bosphorus hotels, 45 to 75 to the Levent and Maslak offices. Weekday traffic between 16:00 and 20:00 adds 20 to 30 minutes to any of those.
Sabiha Gökçen (SAW)
The same arrivals-exit welcome, with directions to the exact meeting point sent with your booking confirmation. Reckon on 30 to 45 minutes to Kadıköy and the Asian side, and allow 60 to 90 minutes across to the European side depending on traffic.
Galataport cruise terminal

Departures and hotel pickups
Leaving the city works the other way round: the pickup is planned backwards from your check-in time, and the chauffeur is at the hotel entrance or the address you give us rather than at a terminal meeting point. Send the flight number and the terminal with the booking and the luggage is handled at both ends. Weekday rush hour in the late afternoon and early evening is worth building into the departure time.
Two things sit outside the transfer itself and are booked alongside it: being met at the gate as you come off the aircraft is meet and greet, and the escorted priority lane at passport control is airport fast track.
Hourly and daily hire: how the block is set
An hourly booking keeps one vehicle and one chauffeur with you for the whole block of time. A half day is four hours and a full day eight, with the car held at your disposal between stops.
- The minimum duration depends on the vehicle class and the day. Send the start time and the expected finish and we confirm the minimum block and the rate before you book.
- Within the booked hours you stop as often as the schedule needs and the chauffeur waits at no additional charge. The rate does not change during the day.
- If the schedule runs long we extend the booking where the diary allows, and tell you the additional rate before the extension starts.
- Daily hire is quoted with a distance and duration allocation for the vehicle class, and that allocation is confirmed in writing before you book.

Can I self-drive one of your luxury vehicles?
No. The vehicles are supplied only with a professional chauffeur; there is no self-drive option. No driving licence is required and no damage excess applies to you, because you travel as a passenger.
Do your chauffeurs speak English, and can another language be arranged?
Our chauffeurs speak English. If another language is needed, mention it at booking and a suitable chauffeur is assigned where one is available. The reservation desk itself runs 24/7 in English and Turkish.
