The price is fixed and confirmed at booking. Traffic, waiting at the airport and route changes on our side do not alter the agreed total.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup automatically. There is no additional charge for a delayed arrival.
How much waiting time is included?
Complimentary waiting time is included on airport arrivals to cover passport control and baggage collection. For city pickups a shorter allowance applies and is stated in your confirmation.
Can you collect us from a cruise ship or marina?
Yes. We operate transfers from Galataport, cruise terminals and marinas, timed to your disembarkation.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, child and booster seats are available at no extra cost when requested at booking.
Can I add an extra stop along the way?
